Key design principle: BOQ item codes (e.g. RCC-COL-M25-BLKC) are the common key across all 6 steps. The Sales Order is the commercial anchor — Pour Cards, M-Books, and RA Bills all reference it. Sales Order and Sales Invoice are standard ERPNext / Velantra — no custom development needed. All custom Velantra modules are Steps 1, 3, 4, and 5.
