Post-deshuttering inspection

Fill this section only after shuttering is removed. IS 456 Table 11 minimum times: columns 24–48h, slabs ≤4.5m span 14 days, beams/slabs >4.5m 21 days.

Site photos

Capture both faces after deshuttering, honeycombing areas, curing materials in place. 3 photos attached.
Heavier compliance analysis — cube test IS 456 assessment, BOQ quantity finalisation, and billing impact — are handled in Office Mode by QA and QS.
